My Weight Loss Challenge!

Carbs are my weakness! The food/snack I have the most difficulty saying no to are potato chips and French fries. My on-again-of-again love affair with high-carb foods like these has contributed to my weight fluctuation over many years.

Today as I write this, I weigh a slightly above average weight of 181 lbs. I have maintained my current weight for the last five years, but Iā€™m ready to change that. My ideal weight is 170 lbs. As an end-of-year goal, I plan to reach a healthy 170 lbs. before the end of the year. To keep myself honest, I will document my journey on my blog, YouTube channel, and podcast. So, I bid my Lays chips and waffle fries goodbye for now, and hopefully, I can make it a habit this time!
