How the Covid Pandemic helped take one runner’s training to the next level

Before the covid pandemic, Ryan Boehm was only doing one run a week. He has since completed a half marathon and is training for his first full marathon.

With Gyms closed due to the pandemic, running became Ryan’s only means of staying in shape. Running also was an outlet for his mental health and helped him cope with anxiety.
